The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face, voice, and heartbeat of the Chick-fil-A experience. You take orders, serve guests, and make people feel genuinely welcomed - it is our absolute pleasure to serve.

What You'll Do

* Greet guests with warmth, eye contact, and a genuine smile

* Take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru

* Deliver food quickly, correctly, and with care

* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room

* Practice the Core 4:
Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak with Enthusiasm, Stay Connected

* Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally

* Work as a team to keep service fast, friendly, and excellent

What We're Looking For

* A servant-hearted, people-first mindset

* Positive attitude - even when it's busy (especially when it's busy)

* Strong communication skills

* Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented

* Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

* Bilingual is a plus, not a requirement
