As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face, voice, and heartbeat of the Chick-fil-A experience. You take orders, serve guests, and make people feel genuinely welcomed — it is our absolute pleasure to serve.

• Greet guests with warmth, eye contact, and a genuine smile
• Take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru
• Deliver food quickly, correctly, and with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Practice the Core 4:

• Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Work as a team to keep service fast, friendly, and excellent

• A servant-hearted, people-first mindset

• Strong communication skills
• Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus, not a requirement
