The RoleAs a Front of House Team Member, you are the face, voice, and heartbeat of the Chick-fil-A experience. You take orders, serve guests, and make people feel genuinely welcomed — it is our absolute pleasure to serve.
What You’ll Do- Greet guests with warmth, eye contact, and a genuine smile
- Take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru
- Deliver food quickly, correctly, and with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
- Practice the Core 4:
Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak with Enthusiasm, Stay Connected - Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Work as a team to keep service fast, friendly, and excellent
- A servant-hearted, people-first mindset
- Positive attitude — even when it’s busy (especially when it’s busy)
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is a plus, not a requirement
