• Prepare and cook food according to Chick‑fil‑A standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature procedures without exception
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations
• Work efficiently in stations such as prep, breading, machines, and fries
• Communicate clearly with teammates to keep orders moving
• Support speed of service while protecting quality
• Handle food with care, pride, and attention to detail
• Show up ready to work and ready to help the team win

• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Coachable and willing to learn
  
  Ability to stay focused and calm in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Pride in doing things the right way
• Team‑first attitude — no egos, no shortcuts
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
• Bilingual is a plus, not required
