• Ensure a well‑kept parking lot and assist members with purchases.
• Help members load vehicles and keep carts ready and available.
• Assist members with buying, answering questions, and facilitating transactions via cash registers.
• Maintain cleaning of parking area and overall member‑ready environment.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, correct unsafe situations, and report to management.
• Communicate pickup orders, delays, unavailable items, and suggest alternative options.
• Resolve member issues and promote company products and services.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and provide feedback.
