This is accomplished through education, training and placement in gainful employment. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Donor Greeter. This role is essential in ensuring our donors feel appreciated and welcomed.

The Donor Greeter will report to the Store Manager. The Donor Greeter plays a critical role in providing a positive experience for our donors. This position involves greeting donors, assisting with donations, providing information about our services, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Warmly greet donors as they arrive.
• Assist donors with the donation process, including answering questions and providing necessary information.
• Ensure the donation area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Thank donors for their contributions and provide any follow-up information as needed.
• Assist with the intake and processing of donations.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process.
• Address any donor concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move donations as needed.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• A valid  required.
