Provide SMART customer service at all times according to Lowe's policies;
Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications;
Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities, schedule, and needs;
Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders;
Engage with customers when possible to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise
