Position Overview

As a proven leader with a strong drive to succeed and an expert multitasker, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding associates to achieve a world‑class shopping experience, manage the daily operation of a multi‑million‑dollar store, and support the continued success and growth of the Burlington brand.

• Lead the store team in all aspects of store operations.
• Day‑to‑day manage the store and drive sales using Burlington techniques and standards.
• Take responsibility for the training and professional development of team members.
• Communicate effectively with the Regional Management team.
• Control expenses and payroll budgets.
• Manage the associate experience, handle personnel issues, and model outstanding customer service practices.
• Assisting and supporting the management team in all areas of store operations, service, and merchandising.
• Human Resource initiatives including staffing, hiring, and scheduling.

• 5+ years of retail management experience at an off‑price, big‑box, specialty, or medium‑to‑large‑sized, multi‑unit retail organization with a multi‑million‑dollar sales volume and expense budget.
• Must be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Travel may also be required from time to time.
