Overview
Position Summary...
What you'll do- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
- Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines to safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise and pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; and adapts to feedback and change.
- Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manages inventory flow and paperwork/documentation as required.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, following forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation, zones areas, stocks and rotates merchandise, handles damaged or out-of-date goods, and organizes product displays.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled, assists with picking and staging, and performs occasional accuracy audits.
- Handles moves, displays, and inventory, tracks in-stock levels, controls shrinkage, and reports issues to management.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly; identifies and addresses inventory problems and shrink opportunities.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely; reports unsafe conditions and ensures equipment is in working order.
- Identifies customers needing help with technology services and assists them; models and mentors others in technology services.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications
: 90 days of prior forklift experience or certification; ability to safely utilize pallet jacks; must be 18 years of age or older. - Preferred Qualifications
