Pay

Pay starts at $18.05 per hour with benefits available. Earnings may include shift differentials, overtime, and performance bonuses, depending on shift selection and location.

This role requires open availability Tuesday - Saturday between 2:45 pm and 9:15 pm. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for team members.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and serve as an escalation point to assist associate peers in solving customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Help identify and communicate barriers and trends that affect the customer and associate experience, supporting the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Work with a manager to maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the site.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk, squat, bend, reach, climb, and descend stairs during shifts up to 12 hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer‑facing experience, or 1 year of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1 year of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

• Experience in training others.
