• Take complete ownership of the store, including setting goals for growth and designing strategies to achieve those goals.
• Build and lead the team/store to success, ensuring a positive and professional environment and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including maintaining custard quality to the highest standards.
• Mentor and grow assistant managers to prepare them for promotion opportunities.
• Communicate with store staff via emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep stores operating to standard.
• Train and hold the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Manage the store with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the company's culture, values, and mission.
• Monitor and manage store staffing levels, including interviewing, hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing training.
• Follow and reinforce the company’s policies and procedures.
• Perform hands‑on tasks, physically working all shifts and taking care of guests and staff.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide constant coaching and feedback to help the team grow.
• Maintain open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Work full‑time with reliable transportation to and from work.

• Must have 3–5 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or a leadership role in a related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Strong personal leadership and ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.

• Constant standing and walking.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 55 pounds independently and safely.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
• Constant computer, point‑of‑sale register, and front equipment usage.
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist and spine.
• Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around the fountain area.
• Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work.
• Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
