Position
Engineering Business Analyst (Program Cost Controls) – Grade P4 – Onsite, U.S. Citizen required.
Location:
McKinney, TX – Internal Wing D Building. Active Secret security clearance required on day 1.
- Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), and facilitate Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs.
- Conduct detailed EV and financial analysis for baseline budget, schedule, and EAC positions.
- Generate forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document cost and labor variances.
- Collaborate with engineering and program leads to provide variance reporting and weekly cost/schedule analysis.
- Utilize APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools to drive cost control and schedule.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to ensure program financial commitments are met.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of relevant experience

* * advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience. - Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Active, transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, or other government procurement regulations.
- Experience leading execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a work area.
- Understanding of cross‑disciplinary impact of work on the organization.
- Competitive salary range: USD 107,500 – 204,500.
