Carwash​/Gas Attendant

• Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members
• Assist Members with account decisions, Membership levels, renewals, credit card programs, and Sams Club products and services
• Provide Customer/Member service, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, and promote products and services
• Maintain a safe shopping environment
• Clean and organize the car wash/gas station area and ensure accurate pricing signage
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink and damages, and ensure a safe work environment
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
• Organize and maintain the facility, use equipment appropriately, and complete and retain required paperwork, logs, and documentation
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate payment procedures
• Operate and maintain gas station/car wash equipment and provide products and services in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• Support teamwork, mentoring, integrity, customer-first service, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies and skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Demonstrates strong customer service skills by effectively communicating Membership types and benefits while assisting Members with account decisions and purchasing. Maintains a safe and organized environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
