The Range in McKinney is looking for a customer-focused Retail Counter Associate to join our team on weekends! • Greet and assist customers at the retail counter with a friendly and professional attitude
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter and retail area
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Support inventory management, including restocking and merchandising
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations

• Previous retail, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable availability on weekends (Fri, Saturday and Sunday)
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS system accurately
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to say "No" when needed.
