Aboutthe Position:
The HVAC Residential Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated residential territory. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with residential customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and promote the company s products and services. Will assist with relocation fees
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to residential clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with customers to understand their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residential HVAC market in the territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Conduct training sessions for HVAC contractors and distributors on the company s products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
- Any other duties as required.
- This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a residential market.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver s license.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
