Associate Inside Sales Representative

As an Associate Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for servicing the customer by handling all types of customer problems and requests as well as processing orders - usually by telephone.

Answer approximately 75 phone calls a day and provide customers with requested information (pricing, ship dates, ...). Input orders into the computer. (90%)

Provide technical help when needed. (10%)

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 3 months Related experience and/or training.

• Mathematical Reasoning: able to apply basic Algebra and Geometry concepts. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimal equivalents.
• Reading Comprehension: able to read and write simple correspondence and able to follow instructions.
• Analysis/Reasoning: able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Customer Focus: ability to quickly and effectively solve customer problems.
• Communication: able to communicate one-on-one, small group settings and via email.

This job requires no domestic travel.

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in McKinney, TX.

Relocation is not available for this position.

$19.38 - $29.09 / hour
