Herbal Goodness is a mission-driven wellness company specializing in high-quality botanical supplements and herbal products. We serve retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels and are expanding nationally through strategic retail partnerships and distribution growth.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative & Account Manager to drive B2B growth, manage key retail relationships, and develop new national and regional accounts. This is a commission-only role designed for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on performance-based compensation and measurable results.
2026 Objectives- Grow GNC distribution to 750+ stores
- Achieve weekly velocity targets across core SKUs
- Expand GNC assortment from 4 SKUs to 6 SKUs
- Achieve more than $1M in revenue from GNC and other B2B accounts
- Secure one new large national B2B account
- Open 10 or more smaller B2B accounts
- 70% – GNC account growth and management
- 25% – New channels and new opportunities
- 5% – Reactivation of small and medium accounts inactive for 6+ months
- Manage and grow assigned retail and wholesale accounts
- Build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM
- Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities
- Coordinate with company leadership and operations to ensure smooth execution of purchase orders
- Achieve agreed revenue, expansion, and distribution targets
Commission is calculated on net collected revenue (cash received by the company after returns, chargebacks, allowances, and credits).
Commission Rates- 1.5% on net revenue from existing accounts
- 4.0% on net revenue from new accounts and approved expansion revenue
- Accelerator of +0.5% on incremental revenue above quarterly targets
Commission is earned only after customer payment is received and reconciled.
Commissions are paid twice monthly within 15 days after receipt of payment.
A 90-day commission tail applies to purchase orders resulting from documented opportunities initiated prior to termination and recorded in the CRM.
Milestone Bonus Opportunities- Achieving weekly SKU velocity targets across designated products
- Securing store expansion approvals
- Obtaining authorization for new SKUs
- Securing promotional features or placements that meet margin requirements
- Attend a weekly update meeting
- Provide a written weekly summary including wins, blockers, risks, and support needed
- Maintain all opportunities and communications in Pipedrive CRM
- Complete 20–30 meaningful buyer outreach or follow-ups per week
- Schedule or conduct 3–5 buyer meetings or calls per week
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline
- GNC account plan updates
- Pipeline report for new channels
- Reactivation status updates
- Summary of promotional opportunities and expansion progress
This role is results-driven and requires consistent activity and reporting.
Qualifications- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in supplements, natural products, or consumer packaged goods
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience working with retail buyers or distributors preferred
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Strong organization and pipeline management skills
