• Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling and referrals.
• Engage with potential customers, address their concerns, and build rapport to facilitate trust.
• Present our roofing and remodeling services clearly and confidently to prospects.
• Overcome objections and work to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure smooth execution after the sale.
• Keep an organized and up-to-date record of leads, sales, and progress in our CRM system.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.

• Proven success in sales or a related field (roofing, home improvement, or similar).
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with potential clients quickly.
• Strong negotiation skills and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
