Associate Inside Sales Representative

• Answer approximately 75 phone calls a day and provide customers with requested information (pricing, ship dates, etc.).
• Input orders into the computer system.
• Provide technical help when needed.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 3 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills: type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Accountability & Dependability: consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.
• Mathematical Reasoning: apply basic algebra and geometry concepts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Reading Comprehension: read and write simple correspondence and follow instructions.
• Analysis/Reasoning: interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
• Customer Focus: quickly and effectively solve customer problems.
• Communication: communicate one‑on‑one, in small group settings, and via email.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, see, talk, and hear.
• May occasionally push or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Job operates in a professional office environment, customer sites, and outdoor construction job sites.
• Uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners, etc.; occasionally works around moving mechanical parts.
• Noise level may be loud at times.

This full‑time, non‑exempt position is located in McKinney, TX.

Pay: $19.38 – $29.09 per hour.

Quarterly Bonuses/Commission: eligible for either a bonus or commission, paid on a quarterly basis.
