Job DescriptionOur Account Managers create, nurture, and grow ongoing relationships with our primary customers—dealers. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing dealer growth nationwide from our headquarters. The position is consultative, sales‑oriented, and requires driving funding for dealer partners while delivering world‑class customer service.
What will you do as our Account Manager – Internal Sales Representative?- Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships.
- Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
- Follow up on new CRM leads and referrals from telephone outreach.
- Develop, maintain, and grow current and potential dealer partners.
- Communicate consistently via phone, email, and video meetings to train partners on current programs and fast‑funding requirements.
- Provide solutions, restructure vehicle loans for approval, and ensure profitability for Westlake and dealership partners.
- Demonstrated experience in automotive, finance, and sales (preferred).
- 1‑2 years of prior sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
- Clear, effective presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.
- Goal‑oriented with a desire for continuous improvement and advancement.
- Ability to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.
- Self‑determined, performance‑based compensation package with no commission limits.
- Six‑month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly.
- Average rep earnings after one year – $.
- Top 25% reps may earn $; top 50% may earn $.
