What You’ll Do- Prospect, cold-call, and develop new business across the Food & Beverage and Restaurant industries
- Build your own book of business from the ground up
- Once clients are secured, source and place top talent alongside your new partners.
- If you love the hunt and thrive on landing new clients
- Cold calls and rejection don't slow you down
- Uncapped earning potential is what gets you up in the morning
- Building lasting relationships is one of your real strengths
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or recruiting
- A track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A genuine talent for building ongoing relationships with clients and candidates
- Live within a commutable distance to the McKinney area for periodic in-person staff meetings and events.
