EXL Extreme Line Construction is a North Texas general contractor specializing in residential outdoor structures, concrete flatwork, and exterior work. We build the patios, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and concrete projects that homeowners actually want to spend their evenings in. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven sales consultant to meet with homeowners, design their projects, and close the deal.

• Run company‑provided leads and self‑generated referrals from first contact to signed contract
• Meet homeowners at their property, measure the space, and understand what they want to build
• Present design options, materials, and pricing in a way that builds trust and moves the project forward
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals and follow up until the deal closes
• Hand off signed projects cleanly to the production team and stay in touch through completion
• Represent EXL professionally at the home, over the phone, and in the community

• Proven ability to sell and close, ideally in home improvement, remodeling, outdoor living, or a related trade (construction knowledge is a strong plus, not a requirement)
• Comfortable running in‑home consultations and talking numbers with homeowners
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage your own pipeline and follow‑ups
• Clear, professional communication in English (bilingual a plus)
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel across the North Dallas area
• Basic comfort with a phone, CRM, and email

• Base salary of $2,000 plus uncapped commission on closed projects
• Realistic first‑year earnings of $100,000+ for a strong closer
• Company‑provided leads plus commission on your own referrals
