The Retail Salesperson is a full‑time, on‑site role based in McKinney, TX. This position is responsible for greeting customers in the showroom, understanding their flooring needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include explaining product features and benefits, preparing estimates, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing sales area. The role also involves answering phone and email inquiries, coordinating with installation teams, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
