Internal Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our dealers
• Increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers
• Identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US
• Provide world‑class customer service to our dealer partners through training and prospecting
• Manage own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program for growth and success
• Maintain constant and effective communication via phone, email, and video meetings with dealer partners

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
• 1-2 year’s previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
• High School Diploma required
• College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
• Clear and effective presentation skills
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
• Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.
