Advertising Sales Account Executive

We’re hiring an Advertising Sales Account Executive, on behalf of a fast-growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across the Southwest. This person will manage an assigned territory, selling integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms. You’ll join a collaborative team and help local businesses grow through tailored marketing solutions.

• 2+ years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales required
• Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
• Strong tenure
• Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls (minimum 40+ per day!)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
• Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions

• Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
• Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
• Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
• Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
