Results Roofing is seeking motivated, outgoing Sales Representatives to generate new business through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role with strong earning potential.

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate leads
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and roofing solutions
• Schedule and perform roof inspections
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Build strong customer relationships and close sales
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Pay based on performance with current Sales Reps earning on average between $50,000 - $250,000 annually
