We are looking for energetic and motivated ERP Sales Trainees to start their career in B2B Sales and Business Development for ERP and technology solutions.

• Generate leads through calling, Linked In, email, and online research.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Connect with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings/demos.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Update lead details and activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with the ERP Sales & Consulting team.

• Final-semester student pursuing BBA /
  
  B.Com / MBA / BCA / MCA / BE /
  
  B.Tech or relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
• Good interpersonal, follow-up, and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with targets and client interaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Linked In / CRM is an advantage.

• Structured ERP Product & Sales Training after joining.
• Training on lead generation, cold calling, client communication, CRM, and sales processes.
• Practical exposure through live leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Guidance and mentoring from experienced sales professionals.
