We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Lobby Security Officer located in Plano, Texas. The position pays $18.50 per hour and includes a $50 sign‑on bonus for candidates who bring a valid Texas Guard Card, paid after 90 days of employment.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday off). Prior experience in front desk or lobby settings and a valid Texas security guard license are required.

• Perform front‑desk functions: customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements.
• Monitor e‑mail, access control, and alarm systems in real time.
• Survey CCTV for unsafe conditions, security violations, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Manage incoming calls and alerts via internal communications, national weather, and act quickly.
• Document incidents accurately in electronic reporting platforms.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Utilize radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer‑based software.
• Operate badging software, enabling and disabling badges.
• Provide security support for client projects and events.
• Administer client access policies on client property.

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non‑commissioned Texas security license.
• Experience in report writing, monitoring, and surveillance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background screening clearance (background and drug).
