Preventive Maintenance Technician – Be part of the best construction team. We are looking for a reliable technician to maintain our fleet and equipment.

• Respond to service calls, plan routes, and meet scheduled time frames 98% of the time.
• Accurately troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the first visit.
• Communicate with drivers/operators regarding equipment and mechanical issues.
• Maintain a regular schedule for preventive maintenance (PM) on all trucks and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters (oil, air, fuel) and changing fluids (hydraulic, radiator, oil).
• Keep an accurate PM log for all serviced trucks and equipment with no errors.
• Inspect and maintain the truck, reporting any mechanical issues the same day.
• Perform repairs on the service truck as needed.
• Maintain tools in good working order, servicing them as required.

• Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and other safety guidelines at all times.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current, valid Class C driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing trucks and heavy equipment.
• Basic understanding of English to read and comprehend work instructions and safety information.
• Knowledge of DOT standards and requirements.

• Strong mechanical aptitude to perform preventive maintenance.
• Ability to follow directions and be a dependable team player.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including walking, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other physical tasks.
