Your mission

Keep plant assets reliable by installing, maintaining, and repairing production and facility equipment

Respond decisively to breakdowns and unplanned equipment issues during production

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance during planned downtime

Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains

Read/interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, and work orders

Repair or replace components, test performance, and fine-tune settings

Support installs, startups, and shutdowns in compliance with Prysmian and OSHA practices

Maintain precise records of work completed and machine histories

Pitch in with additional tasks to keep operations safe and efficient

What you bring

High school diploma or GED English reading and writing ability

Preferred hands-on background with:

Conveyors Motors and power trains

Bearings

Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Comfort around high-voltage systems and heat-intensive environments

Ability to work overhead, in tight quarters, and beneath machinery

Strength to lift, push, or pull heavy parts and components with or without assistance

Physical expectations

Repetitive movements and frequent walking

Kneeling, crouching, and stooping

Hands-on tool and equipment use Lifting up to 50 lbs. with bending, twisting, and standing

Schedule:

12-hour day (7am–7pm) and night (7pm–7am) shifts available
