This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in McKinney, TX. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems in residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing issues, performing maintenance and repair work, and ensuring all installations meet code and safety standards. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints or work orders, selecting appropriate materials and tools, and completing work in a timely, organized manner.

The Plumber will interact directly with customers to explain findings, provide service recommendations, and ensure a clean and safe workspace upon completion of each job. Collaboration with other team members, adherence to company procedures, and accurate documentation of work performed are also key aspects of the position.

• Strong core plumbing skills, including Plumbing system installation, Pipe fitting, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and routine Maintenance for residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, set expectations, and represent the company professionally.
• Relevant trade experience as a plumber, plumbing apprentice, or helper; state or local plumbing license or registration as required by Texas regulations (or ability to obtain).
• Familiarity with plumbing codes, safety standards, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to the McKinney, TX location.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
