• Licensed Pro: Current TDLR Journeyman Electrician license is required.
• Field Proven: 2+ years of residential/commercial service and troubleshooting experience.

• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (you'll be piloting our company truck).
• Physical Grit: Ability to navigate crawl spaces, attics, and ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

• Advanced experience with service upgrades and complex panel replacements.
• Familiarity with modern smart home ecosystems and EV charging infrastructure.
