Routinely inspect equipment to identify / report potential equipment failure;
Perform mechanical diagnostic, troubleshooting repair and replacement on motors, conveyors and pumps;
Install, adjust and calibrate new or modified machinery to ensure optimal performance;
Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing faulty electrical components such as transformers, motors, controllers, circuit breakers, and wiring;
Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled and/or assigned to process equipment
