The mission
Provide expert electrical/electronic and electro‑mechanical support across the plant—maintaining, testing, repairing, and improving systems so production is safe, efficient, and reliable.
How you’ll contribute
Diagnose and repair faults across electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems—including programmable and numeric controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
Use advanced understanding of theory, codes (national/local), materials, and equipment operation to plan and perform complex work; write or interpret technical specifications.
Install, commission, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements (including proper machine activation/shutdown and LOTO).Record required performance and maintenance data for assigned equipment.
Support additional tasks as needed to keep operations running.
Schedule & pay Night shift: 7 PM – 7 AM Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; reverse the next week)
Starting pay: $30–$38/hour base + $2/hour night differential
What you’ll need
Two‑year technical degree, accredited apprenticeship, or equivalent technical experience.
3–5 years of hands‑on experience with electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Deep knowledge of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic test instruments.
Ability to climb to overhead structures, work underneath machines, and operate in tight quarters.
Experience working around high‑voltage equipment.
Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects and machine parts with or without assistance.

Electrical troubleshooting and systems diagnostics (120/208/240/480V)
Pneumatics troubleshooting
Industrial electrical systems and heavy‑equipment diagnostics

Repetitive movement and frequent walking
