Maintenance Millwright III - Local; McKinney, TX

We are hiring a senior multi-craft millwright for steady maintenance and construction work at one plant near McKinney, Texas. Senior millwright pay without the windshield time.

Anchor Industrial is a merit shop industrial trades contractor based in Fort Worth, Texas. We install, move, repair, and maintain production equipment in plants across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana. We have been doing it since 2013.

• This is the job for the man who can walk onto an unfamiliar plant floor, read the situation, and solve it without being told how. Mature diagnosis. Complicated fabrication and process piping. Precision alignment. Basic electrical and motor control troubleshooting.

The men who last here are working for something bigger than a paycheck. They show up on time, they do what they said they would do, and they look out for the guy next to them.

We will work with you on the things that matter  are building a crew, not filling seats.

We are also not looking for one man who is an expert at all of it. A good multi craft hand has real mechanical sense, moves between mechanical, welding, piping, and rigging work, and is smart enough to know when something is outside his lane and it is time to grab the man who does it every day. That is what we are hiring.
