The Samaritan Inn is a comprehensive homeless program focused on dignity and independence. The Empowerment Coach conducts assessments, develops individualized case plans, coordinates care with partners, and provides crisis intervention as needed.
This full-time, non-exempt role requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in case management, with strong empathy and communication skills to support residents toward self-sufficiency.
