Overview

Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of systems
- Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing
- Support projects through the full software development lifecycle
- Professional or practical experience writing code (any language)
- Understanding of basic software development concepts and workflows
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development practices (e.g., vibe coding, prompt-driven coding)
- Hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Augment, or similar platforms
- Adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments
- Sociable, collaborative, and able to communicate ideas clearly
- Ambitious with a desire to grow skills and take on new challenges
- Takes ownership of work and follows through on commitments
- Experience with web, backend, or cloud-based applications
- Exposure to databases, APIs, or Dev Ops tools
- Experience working in agile or team-based development environments
- Experience fine-tuning or working with large language models (LLMs)
- Experience with machine learning concepts or projects
- Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems and vector databases
- Understanding of context engineering for AI-driven applications
