Software Developer, Software Engineer, AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of systems
• Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing
• Support projects through the full software development lifecycle

• Professional or practical experience writing code (any language)
• Understanding of basic software development concepts and workflows
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development practices (e.g., vibe coding, prompt-driven coding)
• Hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Augment, or similar platforms

• Adaptable and comfortable working in changing environments
• Sociable, collaborative, and able to communicate ideas clearly
• Ambitious with a desire to grow skills and take on new challenges
• Takes ownership of work and follows through on commitments
• Experience with web, backend, or cloud-based applications
• Exposure to databases, APIs, or Dev Ops tools
• Experience working in agile or team-based development environments
• Experience fine-tuning or working with large language models (LLMs)
• Experience with machine learning concepts or projects
• Familiarity with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems and vector databases
• Understanding of context engineering for AI-driven applications
