- Collaborate with project teams to support delivery of Service Now solutions.
- Contribute to platform improvements and ongoing development initiatives.
- Middle-level Service Now development experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Service Now ITOM modules.
- Experience developing and configuring solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.
- Experience with Discovery.
- Experience with Service Mapping.
- Experience with Event Management.
- Experience with Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
- Service Now certifications are considered an advantage.
