Local Class B Hazmat CDL Delivery Truck Driver

Location: SCP Distributors- 2130 Central Circle Drive, McKinney, Texas 75069

Pay: $25- $28/ Hour DOE + Benefits and up to $3500 in annual bonuses

Work Hours: 8:00am start time until finished

• Make safe, complete, accurate, and on‑time deliveries to customers while complying with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). other applicable regulations.
• Use the most effective routes to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring all products are properly secured and hazardous materials are segregated appropriately.
• Collect payments and accurately document deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of any maintenance needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and presentable daily.
• Increase job and product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license with HAZMAT endorsement.
• A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre‑Employment Screening Program (PSP) indicating no more than two combined violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with PCs and other material handling equipment (preferred).
• Experience with Moffett, Skelly, or Air Brake a plus.
