Delivery Driver - McKinney, TX

Position Overview

Ready Rabbit Delivery is hiring full‑time Delivery Drivers at our McKinney, TX station. Drivers earn $21.25 per hour plus weekly performance and safety bonuses up to $3.50 per hour, and receive a $10 daily bonus for step van training. Overtime is paid at time‑and‑a‑half over 40 hours per week.

• 35–40 hours per week on a 10‑hour shift.
• 4‑day schedule per week, which may include weekend shifts.
• Shift starts at 10:45 a.m. and may change; flexibility is required.

• Load packages and prepare the assigned van for delivery.
• Follow a pre‑planned GPS route to deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Safely operate the van, including driving, parking, and unloading at each stop.
• Take breaks and lunch as scheduled, maintaining safety and customer service standards.
• Maintain contact with dispatch and collaborate with teammates to ensure all packages are delivered efficiently.
• Perform a team huddle at the start of the shift to receive route assignments and equipment.
• Return to the station after the last delivery to wrap up and prepare for the next day.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid U.S. driver’s license that has not expired.
• Maintain a clean driving record (clean record not explicitly stated but referred to in driver qualifications).
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to get in and out of a van frequently in all types of weather, as hundreds of stops may occur each shift.
• Possess reliable transportation to reach the station.
