B - Enh Back Driver

• Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and other assigned vehicles.
• Transport crew members, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment, plants, materials, and jobsite supplies.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after use.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues, safety concerns, accidents, or damage immediately.
• Follow all company safety procedures, traffic laws, and DOT requirements when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicles.
• Assist landscaping crews with general labor duties when not driving.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are secured properly during transport.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding jobsite needs, route changes, delays, or issues.
• Represent Bedrock Landscaping professionally while on job sites and on the road.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience driving trucks and trailers preferred.
• Landscaping, construction, or field labor experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment as needed.
• Must be able to pass company driving requirements, background check, and drug screening if required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and secure materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain, and other outdoor conditions.
