Associate Shipper/Receiver

Location:

Theodore, AL. Full-time, non-exempt position. Pay: $19.00 per hour plus $2.50 shift differential for every hour worked.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon‑Thu 5:00PM – 4:00AM).

• Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.
• Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.
• Receive, stock, and rotate product.
• Identify, tag, store, and locate finished inventory.
• Create and apply documents such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading for each pallet or shipment.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Simpson Strong‑Tie Powered Industrial Truck Certification required (will certify at hire).
• D.O.T. Haz Mat Training required (will certify at hire).
• 0‑3 months of warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience required.
• Equipment:
  Operate forklift, reach truck, order picker, and electric pallet jack.
• Safety:

  Add and subtract two‑digit numbers; multiply and divide by tens and hundreds.

  Follow written and oral instructions, including safety guidelines and company policies.
