Accountant – US Entity​/Global Finance Operations; m​/w​/d

Why we need you

Maltego US Fed is scaling, and our US finance operations need a hands‑on accounting professional to own the day‑to‑day accounting activities for the US entity.

• Own day‑to‑day US accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations in Net Suite
• Perform an accurate and timely month‑end close in Net Suite, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Manage and review AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, expense reporting, and aging reviews
• Support internal and external audits by preparing reports
• Partner with the Finance team on ad‑hoc GL tasks and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of accounting experience in a US‑based environment
• Proficiency in accounting software (Net Suite is a plus) and MS Excel
• Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Experience supporting accounting in a multi‑entity and/or international SaaS environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
