Description:

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in McLean, VA for a Senior Tax Accountant. The Senior Tax Accountant will participate in tax preparation, compliance, and planning for individuals and businesses. They will also analyze tax data and provide accounting support to clients. The Senior Tax Accountant will collaborate with clients to address tax-related questions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Participate in tax preparation, compliance, and planning for individuals and businesses.
• Analyze tax data and provide accounting support to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to address tax-related questions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Perform a broad range of accounting duties as needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

• 5+ years of recent and relevant experience, preferably with a large firm
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporate tax
• Strong technical skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
• Team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and valid CPA license or actively working towards CPA
• Heavy 1040 experience, HNW, CPA or in the process
