Trace Systems is hiring an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to manage invoicing, AR tasks, and collections onsite in McLean, VA. You will work with Program Managers and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely cash application, with occasional extended hours for month-end close.
The role requires experience in AR, billing processes, and familiarity with Costpoint; strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are essential.
