Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team is growing rapidly. As a Manager in our Technical Accounting Advisory Group (TAAG), you will play a key role in that growth. Working across all industries, you’ll develop your career by communicating creative, strategic goals internally and externally.

You will help companies manage complex financial and accounting issues relating to consolidation and joint ventures, IPOs, business combinations, compensation, revenue recognition, derivatives and hedging, debt versus equity, SEC reporting, leases, and more. This is a highly visible role allowing you to work with a broad set of clients across the US, interacting directly with our FAAS and audit teams and clients.

The nature of this role means no two projects are the same. You’ll need to think on your feet, challenge existing practices, and develop solutions to complex issues. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines, building relationships and identifying opportunities for our clients to benefit from our knowledge in other areas. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

• Consulting with clients on complex and technical accounting issues
• Collaborating with partners, senior managers, and clients to influence strategy while balancing risk and client expectations
• Ensuring engagement teams thoroughly understand our clients’ unique needs, ambitions, and expectations
• Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless, integrated service
• Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes

• A bachelor’s degree, CPA certification, and at least five years of work experience, preferably as an auditor in a public accounting firm
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Strong project management and time‑management skills
• A thorough understanding of US GAAP
• Exposure to or interest in complex technical accounting topics is a plus
• An understanding of marketplace terminology, processes, and tools
• A proven record of excellence in managing, mentoring, and improving a high‑performing team
• The confidence to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that rewards performance and recognizes your value. The base salary range for this role across the US is $112,700 to $206,500, with higher ranges for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento). Total rewards include medical and dental coverage, a pension and 401(k) plan, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our hybrid model expects most external, client‑serving roles to work in person 40‑60% of the time.
