Verato, Inc. is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls across US and international entities. This role drives GAAP-compliant financials and scalable processes for a rapidly growing SaaS business, reporting to the VP of Finance.
You will lead the accounting team, coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, and partner with FP&A on budgets, variances, and accruals. Strong ERP knowledge and governance maturity are essential.
