Accounting Supervisor

• Provide outsourced accounting services for multiple nonprofit clients
• Begin to oversee client relationships and engagement teams
• Review and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Produce and review monthly financial statements
• Prepare and review audit and Form 990 support schedules
• Communicate directly with clients on engagement matters
• Interface with external vendors and banking/finance institutions

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in public accounting, auditing, corporate, or non-profit accounting roles
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or license in progress preferred
• Not-for-profit industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with multiple commercial accounting software packages, including Sage Intacct and Quick Books, preferred
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
• Passion and commitment to providing quality client service and guidance
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with nonprofit clients and multiple client engagements
• Pre-employment background check
