Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will lead all administrative tasks for four Vice Presidents and support other leaders within the organization. Your responsibilities include calendar management, domestic and international travel itineraries, and meeting and event planning.

How You Will Make An Impact What Your Day-to-Day Will Be Like- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, interviews, and events for the leaders you support.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Build business letters, agendas, and presentations.
- Plan and support internal meetings and team events, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Prepare scheduled reports and reconcile expense reports.
- Troubleshoot minor IT or office equipment issues and liaise with support teams as needed.
- Build partnerships with internal departments to resolve daily administrative challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate schedules and logistics for key meetings and events.
- Demonstrate company values through interactions with stakeholders, clients, and internal partners.
- Provide occasional support to other leaders as assigned.
- Implement and monitor programs and projects as directed by the VPs, seeing them through to completion.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately.
- Maintain organized processes and documentation to ensure communication continuity and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years of Administrative or Executive Assistance experience
- Experience supporting multiple Senior Leaders in a matrixed, corporate environment
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office programs
- Demonstrated experience in handling multiple executives' calendars
- Experience booking travel
- Onsite four (4) days in McLean, VA office
- Travel up to 5%
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
