Senior Administrative Assistant (Administrative Support Assistant III) - Retail Bank Product
The role supports executives across Director to Managing VP level in a fast‑paced, tech‑savvy environment. The successful candidate is an expert multitasker who acts as the gatekeeper and extension of executives, handles critical administrative tasks, and supports efficient organization operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Calendar Management – prioritize complex scheduling requests and adjust to frequent last‑minute changes.
- Detailed Travel Coordination – handle travel arrangements and create timely expense reports.
- Active Team Support – drive key team activities and events to promote a fun, team‑oriented work environment.
- Communication & Ambassadorship – circulate information, answer questions, and act as a team ambassador, fostering strong relationships within and outside the team.
- Flexibility & Adaptability – quick thinking and adjusting to constantly changing demands and priorities.
- Resourcefulness & Autonomy – proactively solve complex problems using strong judgment and influencing skills.
- Detail‑Oriented & Communication Skills – maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Teamwork Mindset – actively partner with Administrative Assistants and other colleagues, fostering collaboration.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Associate's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast‑paced environment.
- At least 3 years of calendar management supporting multiple executives.
- At least 1 year of meeting and event planning experience.
- Experience utilizing AI tools such as Gemini, CoPilot, Claude or other AI solutions.
- Experience setting up video conferencing and Zoom/Skype technology for meeting users.
- Experience planning ahead and managing time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Excellent organizational skills.

New York, NY: $88,200 – $100,700
Richmond, VA: $73,500 – $83,900
